This section of Part 2 of I EC Publication 598 specifies requirements for po rtable pedestal luminaires for use in places such as gardens and for portable luminaires for use in places such as flower beds, for use with tungsten filament, tubular fluorescent and other discharge lamps on supply voltages not exceeding 250 V. It is to be read in conjunction with those sections of Pa rt 1 to which reference is made.
