Under the patronage of the Minister of Industry, Dr. Hussein el Hajj Hassan and in the presence of several MPs, Director Generals, Presidents of Syndicates, Heads of associations and CEOs of the private sector, LIBNOR launched the NL Conformity Mark for the Food Sector. The event was held at the Holiday Inn Hotel Dunes on May 29, 2014.

The workshop on "The quality as an effective approach in addressing efficiency in the public sector" was held in Cairo, Egypt from 1 to 3 April 2014 with the collaboration of LIBNOR, the Institut des Finances Basil Fuleihan, the World Bank and the Egyptian Ministry of Administrative Development.

The Services Department in LIBNOR launched a survey on Stakeholders’ needs in terms of training. The survey aimed at determining which sectors are the most active in Lebanon and how the Training and Consulting Division in LIBNOR can help them overcome any obstacles related to standards implementation.
